Ahmedabad, India, 02/08/2021, Vindaloo VoIP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of VoIP solutions all across the world, announced today that it has changed its name to Vindaloo Softtech Pvt. Ltd. The Board of Directors decided to change the name since the company offers much more than just VoIP services, they also offer other Software Technology services along with VoIP services. The new name does not reflect any changes in the company, its products, its approach, or its services. 

The company was established in the year 2016 with the aspiration to become “Your Destined Technology Partner.” Since its foundation, VSPL has offered numerous services of the IT sector without negative feedback from its clients. The Founders, however, found it extremely necessary to make sure the prospects understand the kind of services they offer beyond VoIP services. This change is to positively impact the relationship between the organization and its clients. 

“We have been able to achieve our goals of reaching businesses with our seamless IT services, albeit, the name created some ambiguity as to what all the technology services company offers. Hence, the change of name,” said the CEO of Vindaloo Softtech, Mr. Bhaskar Metikel, “We sincerely hope this change brings in the clarity needed by our respected clients and bridges the gap between us.” 

About Vindaloo Softtech, the services remain the same, only better than before. 

They offer more services than just VoIP services such as MEAN Stack Development, Database Services, Digital Marketing Services, Web App Development, Cross-Platform App Development. 

Besides offering these services, VSPL also offers products like Contact Center, Unified Communication, E-learning with Video Conference, Softswitch. 

They are also offering solutions such as IVR System, Mobile SIP Dialer, PC Dialer, CRM Integration, Session Border Controller, WebRTC Client Solution, Hosted PBX Solution. 

The company’s corporate structure stays the same under the new name, as Mr. Metikel continues to lead the company as CEO in affiliation with the existing team.
