  • PBX/IP features - this system helps in switching calls between VoIP & conventional telephone users and, allow the users to share a specific number of their external phone lines.   • WebRTC support - Real-Time Communication (RTC) system is provided through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to mobile applications & various web browsers that help them in offering video & audio interaction which allows directly associated communication to work harmlessly inside web pages by doing away with installing plugins & downloading native apps. It is supported by browsers like Google, Mozilla, Opera, and Apple & Microsoft.

  • Multi-tenancy support - its motive is to serve multiple tenants with the use of a dedicated share of the instance of software running on a server & includes tenant individual functional & non-functional properties, user management & data communication.

  • Interconnecting popular communication protocols -communication protocol is a system that allows two or more bodies of communication through any variation of a physical quantity for conveying information. Interconnection of popular communication protocols helps in interlinking networks with the help of routers. Internet protocol, File transfer protocol, Hyper text transfer protocol (HTTP) & Hyper text transfer protocol secure (HTTPS) are some of the examples.

  • Protocols such as UDP, TCP, SCTP, IPv6 support - different protocols play different roles in a communications system. UDP is connectionless or unreliable datagram protocol whereas TCP is reliable & connection-oriented protocol. SCTP offers secure transport protocol that provides full-duplex association. And, IPv6 is version 6 of Internet protocol that uses 128-bit addresses.

  • Videoconferencing support for software-based conference - this feature allows users to integrate audio & video conferencing to provide an authentic & reliable solution for a convenient communication system.

  • Codec support including PCMU, G.729, G.722, G.726 - Codec also known as Coder-decoder, is a program consisting of an algorithm that transfigures analog input signals into digital signals by sampling in accordance with the algorithm. This includes PCMU, G.729, G.722 & G.726, etc. PCMU is also known as G.711 & is the basic most fixed-rate codecs.

  • Multilingual speech phrase interface - this is a computer-human interface where linguistic phenomena like clauses, verbs & phrases come into play, acting as UI controls to modify, select & create data for software applications.

  • Multi-format CDRs supported - Multi-format Call detail record (CDRs) are essential in documenting details of text messages & telephone calls or any telecommunications transaction that pass through a device or a facility.
